Customer Satisfaction – Trends – Index

Customer Satisfaction Index

Based on Reporting from Required Counties

The customer satisfaction index is a state-mandated performance measure for our agency. The index is an aggregation of participant satisfaction on the following six elements of an extension program activity:

How satisfied are you with the following elements of the activity?

  • Accuracy of information
  • Information being easy to understand
  • Timeliness of information (received in time to be useful)
  • Helpfulness of the information in decisions about your own situation
  • Relevance of the examples used
  • Instructor’s knowledge level of subject matter

(1=Not at all,  2=Slightly, 3=Somewhat, 4=Mostly, 5=Completely)
