Scan Forms – Understanding Scan Form Results

Understanding Scan Forms Results

After ODA processes your data, you’ll either be notified how to access the results online or the results will be sent to you in PDF or Word form via email. But then what?

This area features accessing evaluation results and then making sense of the raw output as a first step in interpreting your results and sharing the finds with others.

Interpreting Scan Forms
Results
Outputs for all scan form types can be interpreted using the following guides:

  • ANR Regional Forms
  • Customer Satisfaction* & Generic Forms
  • Food Handlers Forms
  • Test of Knowledge Forms

*If you submitted customer satisfaction scan forms to ODA, you will receive both a 1-2 page summary as a Word document and a PDF file with detailed results of your program event generated with SPSS. The interpretation guide will help you with the latter (detailed SPSS output).
